Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Inpatient Locum Coverage in Springfield, Missouri

Provide inpatient hematology and oncology coverage on-site in Springfield, Missouri, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekend and weekday call coverage. Manage approximately 5 new consults weekly and perform rounding on 8-9 patients on Fridays and Saturdays, with Sunday rounding optional. Maintain all clinical documentation through the EPIC EMR system. Hospital privileges are required, with temporary privileges expected within one week. This assignment supports a large health system's dedicated cancer center serving an adult population, featuring a clinical team of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, and attending physicians.
