Job Summary
Hematologist/Oncologist needed for inpatient and outpatient coverage in Oregon. Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care during day shifts with call (1:4). Manage 10-15 outpatient patients per day and variable inpatient volume for patients admitted for inpatient chemotherapy. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings. Board-certified Medical Oncology required. Facility uses EMR for documentation; case load includes 10 new consults per assignment period. Location is on-site in Oregon with no stated remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Medical Oncology
- MD or DO (physician)
- Inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology coverage experience
- Call responsibilities with 1:4 ratio
- Ability to manage 10-15 patients per day outpatient; variable inpatient volume
