Job Summary
Hema District Sales Manager responsible for promoting company products in hematology within the district, executing product strategy and academic activities, and achieving business objectives. Develop and manage regional business plans, ensure compliant implementation, monitor market conditions, adjust plans as needed, drive hospital access and product uptake, manage key customers and KOLs, and provide leadership and coaching to frontline sales reps. Conduct high-level academic outreach and multi-channel activities to strengthen customer relationships with hematology-focused hospitals and clinicians. Lead regional projects (e.g., COE) and process improvements, ensure confidentiality of company information, and align with company policies and compliance standards. Role may involve substantial onsite presence, with potential for hybrid/remote considerations as dictated by site requirements. Applicants may be asked to travel to meet customers, patients, and partners; support disability accommodations in the recruitment process.
