Job Summary
Oncology/Hematology physician sought for a community-based cancer center in Minnesota, with a 4-day week, strong support staff, tumor boards, clinical trials access, and visa sponsorship (J1/H1B). The role offers a high base salary with wRVU bonuses, a $200K signing bonus, generous time-off, 401K match, and comprehensive benefits. Collaborative environment with subspecialists on site (Rad Onc & Palliative Care) and opportunities to participate in trials. Candidate will manage ~12 patients per day in a well-balanced case mix, with easy access to subspecialists and a supportive team of four Oncology APPs and nursing staff. Special visa sponsorship support by an experienced legal team is available.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Oncology
