Job Summary
Behavior Technician delivers in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. Implement personalized ABA techniques, conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills, track progress with data collection, document sessions, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to support client independence and growth. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends and opportunities for professional development in a warm, collaborative environment.
