Helpful Associate

The Helpful Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with receiving, stocking, pricing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store presentation. Responsibilities include proactively helping customers, greeting and supporting shoppers, possessing strong product knowledge and understanding of the store layout, handling price changes and merchandise resets, ensuring signage is current, and collaborating with management on store operations and ideas. This position emphasizes friendly, professional behavior, teamwork, and contributing to a positive shopping experience across both Great Falls locations.
