Helper Trainee - 2nd or 3rd shift

Helper Trainee on 2nd or 3rd shift responsible for general labor on the factory floor, including bundling, stacking, loading, and unitizing corrugated and plastic packaging materials. Trainee will learn setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining converting and corrugating machine centers; perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met; read and interpret factory shop cards and specifications; identify materials, parts, and tools for orders; and input production data into company software. Safety is emphasized with required PPE and adherence to plant safety regulations; tasks include clean-up, preventative maintenance of equipment and rails, and working as part of a union team. Starting pay is $20.60 per hour for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The role supports growth opportunities within Menasha Corporation and its two operating entities (Menasha Packaging and ORBIS) and requires ability to meet hourly and daily production expectations, with a focus on quality and process adherence.
