Job Summary
Residential Helper on a waste removal route responsible for assisting drivers, lifting up to 75 lbs, and servicing 600-1000 stops per day. Shifts run 4:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday. Duties include unloading waste/recycling into the truck, loading/removing receptacles at curb, cleaning spills, interacting with customers, operating truck mechanisms, backing up the truck safely, and performing additional duties as needed. Requires good written and verbal communication, basic truck-mechanics understanding, and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions; residential refuse experience preferred.

- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
