Job Summary
Assist with general work activities per the direction of others to complete the activities. Support the mechanic, foreman, and superintendent to complete the project on time. Provide the best quality and productive work without constant reminders. Communicate with management, superintendent, and customers. Communicate with mechanics, foreman and superintendents. Assist in unloading trucks. Maintain a clean and organized job space. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Observe, report and correct unsafe work environment. Collaborate with other workers to complete project. Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- Some knowledge of HVAC or general construction
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, and some weekends)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have reliable form of communication
- Must show up on time in the appropriate attire and professionally present yourself
- Must bring your own hand tools; trade specific specialty tools will be required as time goes on

- Hammer (sheet metal hammer if sheet metal helper)

- Ability to communicate clearly with Foreman and follow direction
- Ability to show up on time, ready to work and in uniform
- Must successfully pass a background check & drug test
- Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping.
