Job Summary
Assist the Lead Groundskeeper with grounds maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees, planting flowerbeds, raking leaves, and operating required machinery. Perform general maintenance tasks such as snow removal, minor plumbing repairs, light bulb replacement, and moving furniture or equipment from buildings. Trims sidewalk and driveway edges while following all safety procedures and policies. Schedule is 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Minimum six months lawn care experience and one year as a maintenance helper are preferred, with a valid driver's license required. This role supports Christian Health's mission of exceptional care across twelve campuses.

- Secondary education in Horticulture desirable
