Job Summary
Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading packages while riding along on routes to help complete deliveries efficiently. Deliver packages safely and professionally to homes and businesses, providing outstanding customer service during every interaction. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, and managers. Lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift, working outdoors in various weather conditions. Maintain a positive attitude to contribute to a safe, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and move packages up to company requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
