Job Summary
Driver Helper partners with a Route Driver to assist in collecting Waste and/or Recyclable material. Responsibilities include loading/emptying residential and/or commercial containers, assisting with backing maneuvers, and communicating service needs to Dispatch. The role requires adherence to safety and OSHA requirements, participation in training, and physical tasks such as lifting and carrying containers.
