Helper - 3rd Shift

Assist with core and mold preparation, including hand filing sand cores, mixing sand and zircon, and cutting materials such as riser sleeves and chill blocks. Handle materials manually and with equipment like forklifts, carts, and pallets. Support occasional production duties, including helping with pouring and shakeout tasks. Follow work instructions to prepare tools, identify specs, place shop order tickets, transport castings, and perform daily equipment inspections. Maintain workplace standards by keeping the area clean, organized, and compliant with 6S requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.
