Job Summary
Manage the night shift for residents at De Egelantier location in Hilversum, ensuring their rest and safety while providing support as needed. Observe and report any care execution details, then facilitate accurate handovers to colleagues. Maintain a calm atmosphere and communicate effectively with team members, residents, and family contacts. Requires an MBO 2 Helpende (Plus) diploma, care experience, and a VOG certificate. Offers 20–24 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a direct indefinite-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 2 Helpende (Plus) diploma
- affiniteit en ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg
- sterk in communicatie met collega's bewoners, contactpersonen en familieleden
- Kan een Verklaring Omtred Gedrag (VOG) aanleveren in de eerste werkmaand
- Werk in de nacht
- Aanwezig op het plein tijdens dienst
- Observatie en rapportage van bijzonderheden in de uitvoering van de zorg
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor juiste overdracht aan collega's
