Job Summary
Oversee the night shift for residents at Villa Emma, Villa Wilhelmina, and Villa Hendrik, ensuring their safety while they sleep and providing support where needed. Monitor and report any health or well-being changes, then facilitate a clear handover to the next team. Maintain a warm, home-like atmosphere through personal attention and collaboration with staff, families, and medical professionals. Work 20 to 24 hours per week, including rotating weekend duties, with flexible scheduling available via a 0-hours contract.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 2 Helpende (Plus) diploma
- affiniteit en ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg
- sterk in communicatie met collega's bewoners, contactpersonen en familieleden
- Kan een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aanleveren in de eerste werkmaand
- Werk in de nacht
