Job Summary
Provide personal care (ADL) to clients in their homes or trusted environments as part of an extramural flexteam. Administer medication and manage care for clients with stoma or catheter needs. Assist clients with getting in or out of bed, walking, and eating. Offer personalized care by connecting with colleagues and family caregivers to ensure continuous support. Work independently in the neighborhood using company vehicles like the MaxMobiel and electric bikes. This role supports clients and their families within the Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) framework, offering flexibility to combine work with private life.
Required Qualifications
- Helpende niveau 2 Zorg & Welzijn diploma
- De wens om zelf te bepalen wanneer je werkt
- De motivatie om zorg te bieden aan cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving
- Je kunt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag aanleveren in de eerste werkmaand
