Job Summary
Support residents with intellectual disabilities at the Overtoom location in Amsterdam West by assisting with personal care, medication, and breakfast. Guide participants through daily activities including walking, cooking, and creative projects while maintaining clear structure and a safe environment. Observe behavioral or health changes and discuss them with colleagues, encouraging resident independence and self-development. This role offers 24–36 hours per week on a one-year contract with a salary up to €3.635 gross. Required Qualifications
- Een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2 met aanvullend certificaat Helpende Plus
- Ervaring met of interesse in het begeleiden van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking
- Kennis van medicatieverstrekking en ADL-ondersteuning
- Geduld, inlevingsvermogen en een praktische instelling
- Het aanleveren van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Het opvragen van een referentie
