Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and eating. Work with care plans to promote self-reliance while observing and reporting specific details for accurate handover to colleagues. Deliver personal care and guidance to clients with psychiatric issues, maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team. This role involves night shifts (1–3 nights per week) at Nieuw Kerklanden, a modern facility specializing in Korsakov and geropsychiatry care. The position offers a permanent contract with a 2-month probation period, a salary range of €2,541 to €3,233 gross per month, and flexible hours between 24 and 32 weekly.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 2 Helpende (Plus) diploma
- affiniteit en ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg
- een echte 'Nightingale'
- sterk in communicatie met collega's bewoners, contactpersonen en familieleden
- Kan een Verklaring Omt Gedrag (VOG) aanleveren in de eerste werkmaand
- afwisselende weekenddiensten
- 1, 2 of 3 nachten per week
Desired Qualifications
