Job Summary
Support residents with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to implement care plans that foster resident autonomy and report observations to ensure accurate handovers. Work flexible shifts across day, evening, and weekend services at multiple locations including Zonnehoeve and De Linde. This role offers direct contract employment with opportunities to complete the Plus module for advanced nursing skills and medication knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- MBO diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Flexibele inzetbaarheid
- Sterk in communicatie met collega's bewoners, contactpersonen en familieleden
- Zelfstandig en in teamverband kan werken
