Job Summary
Onsite IT resource and primary point of contact for employees needing technical support, focusing on hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Provides Tier 1 end-user support in person, by phone, or remotely; manages incidents end-to-end using the ticketing system; maintains desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and shared workstations; administers Active Directory and Microsoft 365; coordinates IT subcontractor tasks, office moves, and equipment rollouts; supports IT infrastructure for production areas and documents procedures for knowledge base updates.
Required Qualifications
- An associate’s degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
