Job Summary
Help Desk Technician I at Miller Kaplan in a hybrid IT support role based in Burbank (2 days per week in office). Serves as the first point of contact for user IT support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues (Windows, mobile devices, printers, peripherals), configures and deploys laptops and mobile devices, maintains IT equipment inventory, and supports Microsoft 365, Adobe, Zoom, VPN, and firm applications. Requires strong communication, customer-service orientation, and the ability to explain solutions clearly. Emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and teamwork within a professional services environment (CPA or similar).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of IT help desk or technical support experience
