Job Summary
Provides front-line telephone, email, and walk-up IT help desk support; diagnoses hardware and software issues, assesses severity, and resolves problems; maintains documentation for help desk procedures; performs administrative support for core business applications; communicates regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff to stay current with processes; delivers high level of customer service to both internal and external customers; assists supervisor and team members as requested; evening or weekend working hours may be required, as well as participation in on-call rotation; 1-2 years of customer support or helpdesk experience; high school diploma required with college credit in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
