Job Summary
Field tickets via Fresh Service and remote access tools for on-site and remote users, providing Tier I/II tech support for a Windows-based network. Maintain PC life cycles through imaging, deployment, and migration; manage IT equipment inventory and software. Troubleshoot network connectivity and video conferencing technologies while assisting with physical networking tasks and light Active Directory administration. Respond to inquiries regarding Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile devices while upholding acceptable usage policies and IT security best practices. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional IT experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 in an Active Directory Domain setting
- Proficiency in enterprise computer image deployment tools such as Smart Deploy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications
- Proficiency using remote support tools such as LogMeIn, Goverlan
- Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP IP v 4 network issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A+ certification
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with cloud MDM platforms
