Required Qualifications

  • High School graduate
  • Some college-level coursework in computer operating systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Dependable in both production and attendance
  • Possess a valid California Driver’s License

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision Dynamics
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management System (MDM)
  • 3 years troubleshooting experience in a business setting

Additional Requirements

  • Criminal Background Check required for employment
  • Must be able to travel within Los Angeles County
  • Flexibility to commute between Food Bank facilities is essential
