Job Summary
Provide IT Service Desk support to end-users for various devices, applications, or processes; record, update, and escalate issues promptly; support IT onboarding activities; collaborate with internal IT teams on testing, integration, and maintenance; seek, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements; willingness to learn and grow in other IT areas. Requires strong English communication, exceptional customer service, teamwork, and solid troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments.

- 24/7 rotational shifts and week offs and Work from Office mandatory

- Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution

- IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge and skills (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite and Microsoft Environment)
