Job Summary

Helpdesk Support Engineer responsible for end-user IT support, asset management, and ensuring reliable workplace technology services. Key duties include providing technical support for laptops, desktops, workstations, and peripherals; installation, repair, upgrade, and relocation of PCs; troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues (including remote support); building and imaging devices using Microsoft Intune; logging and managing incidents in ServiceNow; maintaining accurate IT asset inventory; supporting conference room and workplace technology; coordinating with internal IT Operations and external vendors; contributing to infrastructure projects and providing end-user training as needed. Required skills include ITIL, ServiceNow, SCCM/Intune, strong troubleshooting, and English communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of relevant helpdesk experience
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft SCCM/Intune
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively with local and global support teams
