Job Summary
Senior Helpdesk Engineer responsible for leading ITSM delivery, architecting and operating complex delivery environments across DoW clients, documenting processes/workflows including escalation, and advising on efficiency improvements. Interfaces with internal delivery, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure resilient, data-centric delivery; designs and implements custom policy to control delivery and access across hybrid environments; mentors storage engineers and helps grow future data architects. Requires strong incident management, SOP development, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience operating complex help desk environments
- Experience with identity systems such as Microsoft AD
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
- Experience documenting workflows
- Ability to demonstrate cross-functional communications with engineering teams
- Secret clearance is required
