Job Summary
Help Desk II Technician for Century Solutions Group, a hands-on, client-facing IT support role based on-site in Tyrone, GA. Responsibilities include delivering responsive technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (remote and on-site), managing and prioritizing service tickets with proper escalation, maintaining detailed documentation in ConnectWise and IT Glue, clearly communicating with clients via phone, email, and Teams, participating in after-hours on-call rotation, performing system analysis to identify requirements and solutions, tracking time and maintaining service records, and staying current with technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team, with 3+ years of IT support experience and relevant certifications. Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually, with health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO/holidays, and training opportunities. Location: Tyrone, GA, United States (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 3+ years IT support experience
- Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Active Directory (on-prem & Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, switches, firewalls)
- Remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop, RD Gateway, TruGrid)
- Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware/ESXi)
