Job Summary
General L1 IT helpdesk support for hardware and MS Office packages in Guadalajara, Mexico. Responsibilities include advance technical support for in-house applications and developments, responding to technical support calls and emails, documenting troubleshooting steps, and escalating issues as needed. Requires 6 months of customer service experience and Advanced English. Part-time role of 22.5 hours per week with in-office attendance at a Guadalajara site; potential adjustments based on client requirements.
Required Qualifications
