Helpdesk Associate - ITIL role in Bangalore, India. Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support to end-users for IT devices, applications, or processes; record, update, and escalate issues; support onboarding activities; collaborate with internal IT teams on testing, integration, and maintenance; explore new IT tools and drive process/technology improvements; willing to learn and grow in other IT areas; in-office attendance required due to client needs and rotation shifts.
