Helpdesk Associate-IT Support role in Noida, UP, India. Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for IT devices, applications, or processes; record/update/escalate issues; assist with IT onboarding; collaborate with internal IT teams on testing, integration, and maintenance; identify and implement process and technology improvements; opportunity to grow in other IT business areas; 24/7 rotational shifts with work from office mandatory.
