Job Summary
Join McCorvey Sheet Metal as a Helpdesk Analyst, supporting employees by resolving technology issues through chat, telephone, remote, and on-site support. You will manage hardware and software, deploy applications, prioritize trouble calls, and provide support for devices including PCs, laptops, and peripherals. Active Directory and Office365 management is also part of your responsibilities. The role demands strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with some organization-wide travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience with network, device support and administration
- Working experience related to customer support for computer systems
- Previous help desk and/or customer service desk experience
- Working experience related to computer systems, networking and operating systems
