Job Summary
Helpdesk Analyst responsibilities include monitoring IT incidents and service requests, acting as primary liaison between customers and IT to document, resolve or escalate requests, handling helpdesk inquiries via phone/email/in-person, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/connectivity issues on desktops/tablets/mobile devices, performing hands-on setup and upgrades, provisioning new employee equipment, managing onboarding/offboarding, applying diagnostic tools and updates, conducting preventive maintenance, escalating advanced issues, maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases, and assisting with onboarding by configuring standard hardware/software/accounts. RequiresBachelor's degree and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and integrations with Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
