Job Summary

Overnight Helpdesk Agent providing Level 1 IT support for PC hardware, software and peripherals. Responds to the help desk line and user requests, acknowledges receipt within SLAs, initiates service orders (tickets) in ServiceNow, and documents user information. Requires 1+ year of customer service experience, Windows OS knowledge, and strong IT fundamentals including TCP/IP and DHCP. Remote-work readiness with a dedicated home workspace and reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps) is required; NTT DATA provides a computer and headset. The role operates between 6pm–6am CT and is located in Charleston, WV, US, with remote work allowed within the Continental United States.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year in a customer service role
  • Call center experience
  • Experience with end user support
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system
