Job Summary
Overnight Helpdesk Agent (US Remote) provides Level 1 IT support for Windows hardware/software/peripherals, handles user requests via the help desk, creates/updates tickets in ServiceNow, and documents user information. Requires 1+ year of customer service experience, call-center familiarity, and strong IT skills (Windows, TCP/IP, DHCP, ITSM). Remote-role with a 6pm–6am CT shift; must reside in the continental US and maintain a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet and wired Ethernet. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus benefits; remote-work readiness and adherence to remote-work standards are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer service role
- Call center experience
- IT proficiency
- Experience with end user support
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
- Ability to meet remote-work technology requirements (home workspace, dedicated setup, stable internet)
