Job Summary
Part-time Helpdesk Administrator supporting Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) LCMS. Responsibilities include answering help desk inquiries via phone, email, and web for all JKO-supported applications; assisting customers with courseware issues and account inquiries; serving as liaison between staff and technology department to resolve issues; documenting actions for reporting to government/contract leadership; performing group-related functions as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active secret clearance
- Experience using MS Office products
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, Flash, and basic Internet functions (browser checks)
- Ability to document actions and report to government/contract leadership
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff and customers
- Proficiency with portals and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
