Job Summary

Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support and manage hardware assets to ensure seamless IT operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, handling IT tickets, supporting onboarding and offboarding, deploying desktops/laptops/printers/mobile devices, and coordinating vendor support for technical equipment. Maintain hardware inventory and asset lifecycle. Requires 1-3 years of help desk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) and Microsoft 365, and a degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support
  • Basic knowledge of user account management
