Job Summary

Lead and close B2B sales opportunities in fintech/finance to generate revenue, and develop, implement, and evaluate the sales strategy. Coach and develop the sales team, coordinate with sales executives to engage prospective leads, and track/report all sales activities. Conduct market analysis to shape the commercial strategy; travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must reside in Belém
  • Must have flexibility and availability to travel
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred
  • Experience selling financial services—such as credit, financing, or related products—preferably within FinTechs or finance companies
  • Background in B2B operations within the telecommunications retail sector
