Job Summary
Provide one on one in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, implementing individualized treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills while using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement and prompting. Collect accurate data to monitor client progress and complete electronic session documentation. Maintain regular communication with your supervising BCBA and ensure consistent weekly availability during weekday afternoons and early evenings. Reliable transportation is required for this part-time position in Oak Ridge and surrounding communities.
