Job Summary
Help Desk Tier II Technician supporting a client at Connsci with Windows/Microsoft/Outlook environments, Active Directory tasks such as password resets, and hardware/software issue troubleshooting. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing daily technical support, resolving network and hardware/software issues, testing new hardware/software prior to deployment, managing the help desk ticket queue, and collaborating with other technical teams on large-scale issues. Areas of support include device deployment, applications and programs, user accounts and access, print services, asset inventory, and diagnostics for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobility devices. Required qualifications include Active Secret clearance, Security+ certification, and at least 1 year of help desk experience with Windows-based systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance per Federal Stipulation
- Active Security+ certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk role or in providing technical support to end users
- At least 1 year of experience with Windows based hardware, operating system, and printers
