Job Summary
Help Desk Technician for an on-site MSP role in Richmond, VA. You’ll be the primary contact for client support with a focus on phone-based troubleshooting (up to 6 hours per day), resolve Level 1 issues quickly, support 100+ SMBs via phone and email, troubleshoot Microsoft 365, on-premise, and cloud environments, maintain client networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless APs), prioritize tickets, and document resolutions and follow-ups. Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, solid communication, basic networking knowledge, and a willingness to learn new technologies; a valid driver’s license is required for occasional on-site client support.
