Provide local and remote IT support as a Help Desk Technician; serve as the single point of contact for IT and IS services; rotate schedules as needed; collaborate with Tier I–III to resolve incidents; document calls and resolutions to ensure continuity; on-site support at Hurlburt Field, FL; requires active DoD Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification; strong customer service experience and ability to communicate with clients over the phone to investigate issues and provide solutions.
