Job Summary

Provide in-person, telephone, and email technical support to end-users in Anchorage, resolving computer problems and answering hardware and software questions. Diagnose, evaluate, and repair issues with computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment while setting up equipment for employee use. Log, monitor, and track all IT help desk requests using ticketing systems and maintain inventory of supplies with supervisory approval. Deliver scheduled after-hours on-call support and participate in IT workshops to gain insight. Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
