Help Desk Technician needed for in-office role at a Seattle-area CPA firm. Responsibilities include providing end-user IT support for desktop and mobile devices, Office 365 administration, and basic server/hosted-solution troubleshooting to support internal professionals. Must deliver strong customer service, effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, and solid time-management and multitasking abilities.
