Job Summary
Help Desk Technician needed for in-office role at a Seattle-area CPA firm. Responsibilities include providing end-user IT support for desktop and mobile devices, Office 365 administration, and basic server/hosted-solution troubleshooting to support internal professionals. Must deliver strong customer service, effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, and solid time-management and multitasking abilities. Required hands-on experience (2–4 years) with PC desktop support, iOS/Android devices, Windows-based environments, Office 365, Windows Server familiarity, hosted solutions (Azure/AWS), anti-virus and backup solutions, and active directory or Entra. Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of hands-on technical experience (or educational equivalent)
