Job Summary
Entry-Level Help Desk Technician providing first-line IT support for users via phone, email, chat or in person; troubleshoot hardware and software problems; maintain hardware inventory and documentation; reset passwords and manage user accounts; research solutions and escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians; document procedures and solutions in internal systems; guide users through problem-solving steps with clear instructions; maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Fluency in English is essential with Spanish being a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ Certification within a year; able to work independently or as part of a team.
