Job Summary
Help Desk Technician IV provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software; diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems; route calls to product line or system support specialists; maintain and update records and tracking databases; support internal and/or outside customer IT access and telecommunications systems; requires HS diploma with 4+ years of related experience and TS/SCI with Polygraph; US Citizenship required. The role emphasizes customer service, troubleshooting across hardware/software, and taking ownership of incidents through resolution.

- Security+ CE
- TS/SCI w/Polygraph
- PWS 9.1 ( ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365)
