Job Summary
Co-Op Intern provides responsive technical support for walk-in and desk-side requests, assists with configuring mobile devices for remote use, resolves incidents within SLAs, supports the Service Desk Manager, and maintains strong communication and collaboration with users and team members. The role requires 60+ credits or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field, a 2.5+ GPA, full-time undergraduate enrollment, and at least one year of general experience, with eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS/Android, and familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed 60+ credits or have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, and appropriate technical certifications.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Must be enrolled in a FULL-TIME accredited undergraduate university.
- One year of general experience.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
