Job Summary
Help Desk Support Analyst (Associate-Level) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Operational Medical Systems (OPMED) at Fort Detrick, MD. Provide Tier I/II desktop support for end users,Install/configure/laptop and mobile-device support, troubleshoot OS, software, and network issues; manage tickets; support Windows OS and Office 365; remote connectivity capabilities; work within DoD environment and VIP end-user support; typical shift is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; require U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and 1–2 years of help desk experience. Relocation incentive available; non-remote role."
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a Help/Service Desk environment
- IAT Level II Certification or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE)
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with remote connection and troubleshooting Windows laptop computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and Office 365
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
