Job Summary
Help Desk Specialist based in Sydney, Australia to work on a long-term project for a software company. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows and Mac desktop devices; providing comprehensive technical support to employees via Service Desk cases with timely resolution and documentation; enhancing system security, performance, and availability; managing end-user hardware and software inventory throughout its lifecycle; maintaining and contributing to a comprehensive documentation repository; performing basic user-problem analyses for the Customer Service Desk.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows and Mac desktop devices
- Advanced Level of English
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (verbal/written)
