Job Summary
IT Support Engineer responsible for providing on-site IT support at the TLV office and remote support for TLV employees. Duties include troubleshooting platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and other tools; creating and updating IT documentation; advocating for end-users to identify and resolve bottlenecks; managing IT assets (ITAM), desk setups, printers, and AV equipment for events; supporting Zoom Rooms to ensure high-quality video conferencing; user lifecycle management and RBAC provisioning/deprovisioning; and maintaining enterprise IT operations in a controlled financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years IT experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, Intune and various SaaS tools
- Experience managing SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions, including SAML authentication over Okta infrastructure
- Highly organized with experience in Jira ticket tracking, IT asset management, desk setups, and printer maintenance
- Familiarity with networking principles (WiFi, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience supporting Zoom Rooms, AV hardware, and company-wide IT events
